Joshua Moe
As a founder of InnerEye Studios, Joshua Moe brings over ten years of leadership experience to the projects he has worked on. Josh is results oriented with proven strategic, operational, project management and team-building skills. His strengths include developing and leading high performance teams, increasing operational efficiency, optimizing revenue and profitability from both new and existing business models, and developing innovative solutions through a strong analytical approach. His ability to lead by influence, adapt to rapidly changing environments, impact business decisions/processes through effective networking, facilitate conflict resolution, and balance multiple tasks/priorities have proven indispensable to Inner Eye Studios clientele, leading to robust long-term relationships. Additionally, Josh is recognized for sound fiscal and operational management, as well as the creation of strategic partnerships resulting in enhanced profitability and optimized value. Josh is an articulate communicator, with proven success influencing and establishing credibility.
Nadja Rauber
With a Masters Degree in Computer Graphics & Multimedia and over fourteen years of experience within the evolving internet landscape, Nadja focuses on enabling clients to express their brand online across multiple platforms and touchpoints in a compelling and consistent manner. Her experiences with interactive media include websites, rich internet applications, smart phones, and social media –she is passionate about how people navigate through high content environments and how technology is used to interact and present information to them. As a Senior System Architect, Nadja works closely with the design, strategy, and development teams to use technology to create innovative solutions—regardless of programming language, platform or technical requirements. Her diverse career is proof that user-centered experience design matters. Nadja has worked with a wide spectrum of media, markets and clients including AT&T Wireless, Boston College, Conservation International, Credo Reference, Gatorade, General Motors, Gessy Lever, Heublein (Smirnoff and Jose Cuervo), John Hancock, Reebok, Samsung, Satellite Systems Direct (Dish Network), TELx Group, The Provident Bank, Thoreau Institute, Trustees of Reservation, and Volkswagen, among others.
Rob Robless
Has over 25 years experience in technology leadership positions at start-ups and major corporations, and is the Principal in an information technology consultancy he founded. He is working on several initiatives in the health care and telecommunications industries. Until 2008 he was Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Web Development at GMAC Insurance where he modernized legacy systems making them available to the Internet. Previous to GMAC, Dr. Robless was the Chief Technical Officer of UAL Loyalty Services, the United AirLines company that owned and operated United.com and MileagePlus systems. At UAL he led the effort to build the United.com and MileagePlus systems into what it is today. In 2002, Dr. Robless was awarded InfoWorld’s 25 Most Influential CTO’s for his work in standardizing data exchange specifications in the travel industry and in identity management with the Liberty Alliance Project. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Information Systems from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is a recognized expert in service-oriented Enterprise Architecture for E-business and in IT Governance strategies and is an innovative, experienced senior executive, technical leader and manager with proven success as a change agent directing technical teams in multiple industries.
